PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our team of Project Managers are experts at delivering projects of all sizes.

We are fully conversant with CDM 2015 and can provide Project Management representation for Contractors, Principal Contractors and Principal Designers.

As Principal Designer we take responsibility for the design decisions made during the pre-construction phase and ensure the project is delivered in line with all health and safety requirements.

As Principal Contractor we’ll manage and control the entire construction phase, implementing a written construction plan and liaising with other contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of the project. 

ELECTRICAL

We provide fully qualified electricians that carry out full design, installation and certification of electrical installations.

We can also offer periodic inspection and certification of premises on an annual basis to allow our clients to satisfy their legal requirements in line with BS 7671.

FIBRE OPTIC

Our engineers will carry out the installation, termination, fusion splicing, testing and certification of new fibre optic network communication cabling in the most cost effective way to meet your requirements, whilst maximising the available bandwidth performance.

TURNKEY SOLUTIONS

In addition to in-house technical and management teams providing direct services, we have built a network of trusted subcontractors to represent the OPM UK brand ethos. This allows us to provide turnkey solutions that includes surveying, construction work, civils contracting and structural steel.
