Why OPM?
For us, OPM has two meanings.
Firstly we are specialists in Operational & Project Management, with extensive experience in all markets.
But it also represents our attitude towards our customers’ budgets – or Other People’s Money. Over our 30 years of experience we’ve worked in various roles where we’ve witnessed unnecessarily excessive project spend through a lack care and attention to maximising efficiencies.
At OPM UK we treat Other People’s Money as if it were our own to ensure we deliver the best value across all of our services.

We are specialists in design and feasibility studies that require multi-stakeholder management and can take your project from the “what” to the “how” in the most efficient way.
In line with CDM 2015 Regulations, we’re able to take on responsibility of Principle Designer to take any burden of risk and ensure the project is delivered in a safe manner.
Our philosophy at OPM UK Group is that while we can’t be experts at everything, we can be experts at becoming experts. This open minded approach allows us to always deliver the best possible service when providing feasibility and design services.

Develop
The natural next step once the initial design or feasibility has been completed. This may be a phase of our wider appointment, but is also a service that we can provide in isolation should you require.
OPM UK Group can do a little or as much as you want, as such if you want us to develop your design for you, that’s fine by us. We can then complete the project lifecycle for you, or hand it over to be delivered by another stakeholder.

We have a number of different services that allow us to deliver your projects. It may be that the delivery of your project is a follow on from us previously designing and developing your scope. We can also deliver your projects for you in line with your specific requirements.
OPM UK Group can deliver your turnkey solution on a fixed price with our in-house team and trusted network, we can also provide competitive day rates for our management services to then go to market to get the best possible price for your work, with us then taking control on site to manage the delivery of the project.
Acting as Principle Contractor, we’ll manage and control the entire construction phase of the project, providing you with complete piece of mind.
